Fitting Instructions |

|
| 1 | Place the guard in boiling water for 9 seconds. Remove and shake. |
| 2 | Quickly put guard squarely over top teeth and suck your thumb hard. |
| 3 | Bite bottom teeth into guard pressing against lips with fingers. |
| 4 | If necessary guard can be re-heated until it fits correctly. |
| 5 | Remove guard and rinse in cold water. |
